FAQs

Airport Transfers

We can arrange private van transfers between Izustarri and Siargao Airport (₱1500) or General Luna (₱2500) for our guests.
Simply send us your flight details or pickup time and location, and we’ll coordinate with the driver.

Please note: these services are provided by trusted third parties and must be paid directly to them. Prices may vary depending on the season, and availability can be limited during peak travel periods. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend booking transfers in advance.

Motorcycle & Car Rentals

We can arrange scooter rentals (₱350–450/day) and car rentals (₱2500/day) delivered directly to Izustarri.
If you’d like a motorcycle with a surfboard rack, please let us know when booking.

All rentals are managed by third-party partners and must be paid directly to them. Rates may vary depending on demand and season. Advance reservations are advised as last-minute requests may result in limited availability.

Yoga

Every room at Izustarri includes yoga mats for personal practice.
If you’d like to take it further, we can organize private or group yoga sessions with certified local instructors — perfect for unwinding, stretching, or greeting the sunrise by the ocean.

Surf Lessons

If you wish to hire a surf instructor, we highly recommend you contact Jasmina through WhatsApp on +639517439733, although we can organize this for you if you wish. Jasmina has been collaborating with us since we started operating and we couldn’t be happier about how great she is.

Massage

We can connect you with a local massage therapist who provides in-room massage treatments at Izustarri.
It’s a perfect way to unwind after a surf session or long travel day — a calm, personal experience in the comfort of your room.

Money & Payments

We accept credit card payments at Izustarri.

Exchange rates on Siargao can be less favorable, so it’s often best to exchange cash in Manila or Cebu (at airports or major malls).

Alternatively, we recommend using Wise to make payments to Gcash, the most widely used e-wallet in the Philippines. This is a safe, cash-free way to pay, and most businesses — even small ones — accept Gcash.

If you need cash on the island, you can also use Remitly to send yourself funds and withdraw from Palawan Pawnshop branches.
(ATM withdrawals on Siargao often include a ₱250 fee per transaction.)

What to Do in North Siargao

When you check in, we’ll share a custom map with our favorite restaurants, beaches, surf spots, and hidden gems in the north of Siargao. Whether you’re into surfing, exploring, or just relaxing — we’ve got you covered.

The north of Siargao is quieter and more natural than the busy south, with beautiful beaches and surf spots for all levels.
