Welcome to Izustarri. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following terms and conditions. By booking and staying at Izustarri, you agree to comply with this Rental Agreement and House Rules.

General Terms

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time: 2:00 PM

Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Identification:

All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight on the premises.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Payment and cancellation terms are provided during the booking process and must be adhered to as agreed upon booking.

House Rules

Rooftop Access:

Guests must be at least 18 years old.

Pool Area:

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

Visitors:

A maximum of 2 visitors per room are allowed on the propperty.  No visitors are allowed on the propperty before 8 am or after 9pm.

Pets:

No pets are allowed on the property.

Noise Policy:

Bluetooth speakers and personal music devices must be kept at low volume to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Rooftop Conduct:

Running, skating, skateboarding, or any similar activities are strictly prohibited on the rooftop.

Sitting or standing on ledges, or any rooftop barriers is not permitted for safety reasons.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all enclosed areas of the property, including rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and indoor common areas. Please ask if there are non-smokers around you.

A penalty of PHP5,000 will be charged for any violation of this rule.

Safety After Dark:

Lighting on the property is intentionally minimal to protect local firefly populations.

Guests are encouraged to use their mobile phones or personal flashlights to assist with visibility at night.

Liability Disclaimer

Izustarri, its owners, and employees are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Izustarri is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

Property Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.

Any damages must be reported immediately to management. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest accordingly.

Termination of Stay

Izustarri reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of: violation of house rules,

Property damage,

Disruptive behavior towards other guests or staff,

Illegal activities.

Legal Compliance

Guests must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines during their stay.

Property cancellation policy

All bookings at Izustarri are non-refundable. However, if your reservation is made more than 6 weeks before your check-in date, you are entitled to a 24-hour grace period from the time of booking during which you may cancel free of charge.

After the initial 24 hours:

Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before check-in will be refunded 75% of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made 6 weeks or less before check-in are non-refundable.

PWD and Government-Mandated DiscountsGuests wishing to avail of PWD, Senior Citizen, or other government-mandated discounts are kindly requested to inform us and provide the required documentation before payment is made. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, and no refunds or rate adjustments will be issued after a reservation has been confirmed and paid for.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
